Carolyn Buck Luce

CAROLYN BUCK LUCE is the former Global Life Sciences Sector Leader at Ernst & Young LLP where she coordinates worldwide relationships with global pharmaceutical corporations. Ms. Buck Luce serves on various management and leadership committees at E&Y and also co-chairs E&Y’s Professional Women’s Network for the Tri-State area. She chairs the Hidden Brain Drain Task Force and is an adjunct professor at Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs. She is the coauthor of several Harvard Business Review articles. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Ms. Buck Luce spent seventeen years in lending, investment banking and government service. She started her career working for the US State Department in the Soviet Union, stationed in Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan and Moscow. She serves on the NYC Commission on Women’s Issues and on the board of the New York Women’s Foundation. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa as well as magna cum laude from Georgetown University and received her MBA from Columbia University.
