About CWLP
Peggy Shiller

PEGGY SHILLER is the executive vice president of the Center for Talent Innovation (formerly Center for Work-Life Policy) and has been at CTI since its founding. She has more than 15 years of gender and diversity expertise beginning with research for Sylvia Ann Hewlett’s book When the Bough Breaks. She has been involved in nearly every research project at CWLP including the Hidden Brain Drain’s signature research, “Off-Ramps and On-Ramps.” Ms. Shiller is a coauthor of several CWLP and Harvard Business Review Research Reports including The Hidden Brain Drain: Off-Ramps and On-Ramps in Women’s Careers, The Athena Factor and Bookend Generations. She is a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College.
